Application Forms - Planning, Construction & Plumbing

The NSW Planning Portal is a digital platform used to lodge planning applications. The process for lodging a planning application changed to this portal in July 2021.

Hardcopy applications and documents emailed to Council are no longer accepted.

The use of the portal applies to applications and certificates listed below in black, for more information click here

The following forms are supporting documents that can be used as part of the lodgement of your application, however, they will need to be uploaded to the portal as part of the documentation submitted with your online application.

The forms listed below are in PDF format. Most forms can be edited and then printed for signing. If you need help in completing any of the forms, check the Frequently Asked Questions section or please contact Council directly by phone or email.
