State Environmental Planning Policies
State Environmental Planning Policies (SEPPs) are planning controls put in place by the State Government. They deal with issues considered to have state significance. SEPPs are 'environmental planning instruments' (EPIs) under the NSW Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 and are taken into consideration in assessing all development applications.
