My Aged Care
My Aged Care is an Australian Government initiative to help people access and navigate the Aged Care system.
My Aged Care can help you find information about the services you need and what you need to do to receive them, including at-home care, respite care, after-hospital care, and residential aged care. They are also responsible for assessment and referral to appropriate services.
At the moment, My Aged Care includes the My Aged Care website and a phone line, 1800 200 422, which is available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm.
The staff at Snowy Monaro Regional Council's Community Support Programs are happy to assist you to access My Aged Care. We can help with:
- Information on how to access My Aged Care
