2025 Anzac Day Snowy Monaro Ceremonies

Services and events are being held across the Snowy Monaro to commemorate Anzac Day on Friday 25 April 2025.

Adaminaby

10.45am Marchers to assemble at the Big Trout, march commences at 10.45am.

11am Ceremony to commence at Adaminaby School of Arts followed by morning tea.

Berridale

11am Form up in front of Berridale Inn, 11.30am step off for ceremony at the Cenotaph, Park Street.

1.30pm Luncheon at Coolamatong Country Club

Bredbo

10am March from Cnr Walker & Bunyan Streets to the Memorial at Bredbo Centennial Park, step off 10.15am

10.30am Ceremony at Bredbo Centennial Park followed by morning tea at the hall. Bring a plate to share post ceremony.

Bombala

6am Dawn Service at Cenotaph.

10.45am Assemble at Club Bombala for step off at 11am. Following main service at Cenotaph.

Cooma

5.30am Dawn Service meet at Centennial Park for march to Cenotaph, 5.45am Dawn Service commences.

10.15am Meet at Cnr Sharp & Bombala Streets for commemoration march, for step off at 10.30am.

11am Main service commences at Cenotaph.

Delegate

6am Dawn Service at the Cenotaph followed by Gunfire Breakfast at Delegate RSL Hall.

10.30am Marchers to assemble at Cenotaph, step off at 10.45am to the Memorial Gates for 11am commencement of main service. Followed by lunch & 2up at the Delegate Country Club.

Jindabyne

5.30am, for a 6am Dawn Service in Banjo Paterson Park followed by the Lions Club breakfast in the Memorial Hall.

9am Form up in the Town Centre carpark, 9.30am step off for ceremony in Banjo Paterson Park. CWA Morning Tea in Memorial Hall after 9.30am Ceremony (gold coin donation)

Michelago

10am Commemorative ceremony at Michelago Railway Station.

Nimmitabel

10.30am Marchers to assemble at the Pioneer Memorial Hall.

11am Main service at the Cenotaph.

 

Council offices and facilities will be closed in observance of the public holiday, reopening as normal from Monday 28 April 2025.
