Adoption of Three Rivers Development Control Plan

Councillors voted to support the adoption of the development control plan (DCP) for Kalkite’s Three Rivers Estate at the March meeting of Council. This step formalised the development standards and requirements for this new housing precinct.

In accordance with s14 of the Environmental Planning Assessment Regulation 2021, notice is hereby given that Snowy Monaro Regional Council endorsed the following amendment to the Snowy River DCP 2013 at its meeting on Thursday 16 March 2023:

•        Insert Three Rivers Development Control Plan as chapter F11 in the Snowy River DCP

The amendments to the Snowy River DCP come into effect from Wednesday 29 March 2023.
