Due to staff shortages, Bredbo Transfer Station will be closed this coming Sunday 15 September 2024. Patrons are advised to make other arrangements for their waste and recycling disposal this weekend.

For anyone with time this week ahead of the closure, Bredbo Transfer Station will be open as-normal tomorrow, Friday 13 September 2024, from 10am to 12pm.

Residents and businesses that need to wait till the weekend can visit one of our other nearby waste facilities as an alternative during this one-off closure.

Nearby waste facilities open this weekend:

  • Cooma Landfill is open on Saturday 14 September 2024 from 1pm to 5pm and on Sunday 15 September 2024 from 11am to 5pm

  • Numeralla Transfer Station is open on Saturday 14 September 2024 from 9am to 1pm
