Council’s water and waste pop-up coming to Delegate this week

Council is coming to Delegate on Wednesday 27 November 2024 to chat about the new water treatment plant and the changes to local waste facilities.

Our pop-up stall will be at the Delegate Rural Transaction Centre at 66 Bombala Street from 10am to 2pm this Wednesday. All are welcome to stop by and learn more about the latest developments with local waste and water.

The topics we’re focusing on this visit include:

• The new Delegate Water Treatment Plant

• Changes to water billing when the new plant begins operating

• Delegate Transfer Station hours

• The new bank of bins facility

While these topics are our focus for this visit, the community are invited to drop in to discuss anything and everything related to Council business. We’re here to help and our engagement and education team are looking forward to seeing you there.
