Looking for the paw-fect addition to your family? Join us on Saturday 22 June 2024 at the next instalment of our pound animal adoption event, where a playful parade of cats and dogs are eager to leap into your loving arms.

Running from 9am at Pets Domain Cooma, you can bring home your new best friend for only $150 plus registration costs, inclusive of microchipping.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be available to guide you through the adoption process and answer any questions you may have. By opening your home to a rescue animal, you'll be gaining years of love, loyalty and snuggles – while also giving a deserving pet a second chance at a happy life.

If you're not quite ready to adopt, Council encourages you to consider volunteering for or supporting a local animal welfare group.

Adding a pet to your household is a big decision, so take the time to consider if your living situation, budget and lifestyle are ready for the long-term commitment of pet ownership. Speak to our team on the day, or reach out ahead of time to discuss whether it’s the right time for you to adopt a pet.
