Lease of unused road corridor and installation of public gates

In accordance with Division 2 Sections 153-157 of the Roads Act, 1993 No 33, Council is considering the lease of an unused portion of road, as listed below for a period of one (1) year, to the Licence holder of the adjoining lands. The lessee is authorised and required to install two (2) public gates at fixed locations along the road corridor for the containment of livestock. This serves as notification of the installation of these gates. 

A 28 day notification period, ending on 14 March 2024 is in effect.
