Snowy Monaro Regional Council advises that operating and delivery hours of development for earthworks and site level being undertaken along Micalago Road will now be changed.

This follows discussions held with the applicant and Council to address community concerns.

It was agreed between the parties that the new operating and delivery hours will be:

  • 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday only (no work on Saturday and Sunday)

The applicant made an application to modify the development consent to reflect these new hours and this has been granted.
