Nimmitabel Transfer Station closed this Sunday

Residents and businesses in the Nimmitabel area are advised that Nimmitabel Transfer Station will not be opening on Sunday 15 September 2024 due to staffing shortages.

For patrons that need to dispose of waste and recycling this weekend, please visit your nearest landfill in either Cooma or Bombala.

Alternatively, Nimmitabel Transfer Station will next be open on Wednesday 18 September 2024 between 9am and 12pm for anyone with time available during the work week.

Landfill opening times, Friday 13 to Sunday 15 September 2024

·    Bombala Landfill
                o   Friday 13 to Sunday 15 September – 10am to 4pm

·    Cooma Landfill
                o   Friday 13 September 2024 – 9.30am to 4.30pm
                o   Saturday 14 September 2024 – 1pm to 5pm
                o   Sunday 15 September 2024 – 11am to 5pm
