Public feedback is invited on the proposed introduction of a two-hour parking limit for five parking spaces located at 37 Bombala Street, Cooma.

Local businesses requested the introduction of timed parking for these spaces during business hours (9am to 5pm) on weekdays. Following a Council resolution on the recommendation of the Local Traffic Committee, a public consultation is now open for comment from the community regarding the proposed change.

Feedback is open now until 11.59pm Sunday 22 September 2024 through Council’s engagement platform at www.yoursaysnowymonaro.com.au – have your say today.

The Local Traffic Committee will issue a recommendation on the proposed change at a future meeting, after the consultation has closed.

Proposal details

  • Introducing a two-hour limit for five parking bays at 37 Bombala Street, Cooma

  • New limit would apply between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Local Traffic Committee requested community consultation before making a recommendation on the proposed change
